Company Biography

Fulfillment of America (FOA) began operation in 1992 as a fulfillment center focusing on the collation and packaging of sample kits. Since then, we have moved into other areas such as direct mail, catalog fulfillment, sweepstakes administration, drop ship programs and rebates. Due to rapid growth, and a less than desirable geographical location, FOA made the decision to relocate from Lubbock, Texas to South Carolina in 1994.
Since the move, Greenville, South Carolina has served as the headquarters for all FOA operations. FOA maintains a facility in Fort Worth, Texas that serves as a collation and packaging center for temporary and overflow work. Our South Carolina operation encompasses our main warehouses and offices, as well as additional overflow facilities and space for in and out storage.
FOA offers most all services required of a fulfillment house. The largest portion of our business involves direct mail and the packaging of product samples for delivery via alternative methods. A rapidly increasing area of our business is consumer response. FOA provides inbound 800 and mail-in services for consumer response. We also have the ability to handle cashiering offers involving all forms of payment, including credit cards. Full sweepstakes administration is also offered. FOA can handle all phases from planning, registration and bonding, to receipt of entries, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.
In addition to the fulfillment side of FOA, we have a division that deals with mail processing and sortation. Our sister company, Mail Presort, actually predated FOA by one year. Mail Presort serves area businesses, universities, and medical centers as a letter shop. Mail Presort has invested heavily in automation mailing equipment. MP’s Multi-Line Optical Character Reader (MLOCR) is capable of processing 40,000 pieces of letter sized mail an hour.
